It was a warm Sunday afternoon and Hannah Miles was cleaning her room because she was leaving. She had so much to pack and some things to leave behind or even to throw away. She hadn't realized how much clutter she was already saving in her little bedroom. She opened her closet and saw some notebooks and books piled up in a corner which she believed was the notes she had used for her freshman and sophomore years in college. She carried it outside the closet and into the sunlight to see if she could get use of some of it or she could just throw it away.
She sat by the floor near her bed after placing the notebooks and books infront of her. She scanned the notebooks one by one after putting the books aside for later. It was a pile and she couldn't remember the things that she could've written there. Well, yes the lectures but she didn't realize that she had so many of them until now.
Botany lab with drawings and scientific names, classifications and so many more she had memorized through those early years. Another notebook which was almost blank was her English notebook. She remembered that she didn't have anything to write that much in there.
Then there were her other academic notebooks and then an unusually cute little notebook packed in the pile. It was sky blue in color with cute panda in the front. She was sure it was something she didn't expect to find... her old diary.
She opened it and flipped it to the first page.

Dear Diary,
You're my new friend and so I'll be writing you about stuff going on with my life until I fill all your pages hopefully.
You know what? I'm so happy today because I made new friends and to think it's my first day in college. I guess this is a good sign. A good start for me this 1st semester.
I met them Diane, Ailyn and the other four girls who I haven't memorized their names yet. They're all good to me.
I approached them first. I forgot to bring my pen so I had to borrow and that little girl lent me her spare. I don't really remember her name. Maybe she was Chase and then the rest of them seemed to be comfortable with one another like me being comfortable with them.
I believe I can live through the next weeks if this good sign keeps on going like this.
Well, gotta go. Write ya later.

Introductions
This is the first story I posted on Goodreads.com and I decided to put it in a blog. It is about a girl who once fell in love and broke her heart. She kept a diary when she did and years later she found out that the diary was still kept in her room. When she found it, she relived the memories of her first broken heart and how she came to let go and move on.
Please leave comments if you have something to say or tell if you like it or not. I'll really appreciate it guys! thanks...
